Simple tips to deal with fear, our unwelcome friend

The feeling of fear can hold us back from doing what we know in our heart we want to do. I know that feeling of fear myself and it can be so uncomfortable. We have that fear feeling for a reason. It’s that helpful ‘fight or flight’ response that goes back to caveman times that helped protect us from the wild animals and other threats by running (flight) or attacking (fight).
